While looking for houses in the Duvall area, I came across a house that I liked, which was listed on Molly's website. At the time, which was only a month ago, I didn't have a realtor, so I contacted Molly and asked her to arrange a visit. Ordinarily, it would be enough to point out that a mere 4 weeks later I have a home and the satisfaction that my interests have been looked after, down to every single detail. However, when it comes to Molly's work, more must be said. Molly showed me the house at 3:00 in the afternoon. We talked about all the details at 4:30 the same day. The next morning, I had a full assessment of similar houses in the area. After a follow up conversation, we put an offer, which was subsequentl accepted. That was only the beginning. Molly managed the process perfectly, recommending a home inspector and an escrow service that exceeded my expectations, to Molly's credit. She has been there at every step, providing advice, when necessary, walking through the details and the conditions and ensuring we were making a sound investment. The work was flawless and Molly made it a lot of fun. I don't know if there is such an instrument as Realtor Performance Index, but if there were, Molly would be the benchmark.

Molly was fantastic. She patiently guided us through the process which ended up taking several months. She was knowledgeable, timely, aggressive when necessary to get us the best deal, and made my third home buying experience so great that I regretted my choices for the first two. We love our house, but when and if the time comes to sell or to buy another home, Molly is the only person on our radar. I would recommend her to anyone.

Molly had worked harder then any other real estate agent we have ever encountered! When we called her out of the blue we didn't know what to expect. So when she meet us at the first house on our schedule (not hers) she was on time, and very organized. Not only did she show us a few dozen houses in a difficult price range along with competition from other interested parties on our house, she made it happen! I wouldn't search for anybody else if you are looking. Molly was easy to contact during the whole process, and she mapped out the whole process and what to expect and when.
